•Please verify colour and sizing prior to ordering. Returns are only accepted under limited circumstances, otherwise all sales are final.

•CyprusShade&Sails will not refund or change any items after 14 days of purchase.•Returned opened boxes will be inspected. If returned complete and the product is in mint condition, the buyer will be credited for the cost of the item less a 15% restocking fee.

•If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase(s) from CyprusShade&Sails and want to return it. We do regret it, and are very sorry about it, ALL SALES ARE FINAL, unless the product is defective.

•Returned or exchanged items must be sent back, shipping prepaid by customer at own expense, and in original condition, Please package all items in original packaging if possible.

•No exchanges will be issued for items returned that are dirty or have evidence of use.

•It takes approximately 21 business days for us to process your return or exchange. Once we have notice that the item(s) are received and accepted by the manufacturer we will update you via email with details as to how Cyprus Shade&Sails will refund only the cost of the product less 15% restocking fees.

Shade and sails may become dirty over time. Avoid chemicals, bleach, or decolorant detergent or other chemical substances. These chemicals may attack the UV stabilizers this reducing the life of the product and the warranty will cease. When cleaning the shade and sails, we recommend the use of a mild dish washing liquid with a soft scrubbing brush.
